The Blue Ribbon Church is a ministry of Blue Sunday Child Abuse Prevention Initiative which began in South Texas in 1994. when it founded National Blue Sunday Day of Prayer for Abused Children with over 14 million participants.
What was once impossible is now the "new normal" - State Child Welfare Agencies and the Faith Community are working side by side in the battle against child abuse.
